I've moved in with the missus and she's got her flat to rent as a result. It's a really nice pad in Horbury near Wakefield, 5 mins from the M1. Its a cracking, spacious, 2 bed flat in a solidly (sound proof!) block. Currently £475 pm to rent un/part-furnished as required but happy to negotiate the rent if required.

15 mins from Leeds by Car, 10 mins from train station on main Leeds-London line and 30 odd pubs in the town to go at including Ossett Brewery owned pubs & Bistro's.
